Live music performance

A scene is played in front of an audience without sound or music. It involves two performers in various states of sleep. The performers follow a very formal, dignified, or grand way of doing something in which all the appropriate ceremonies are observed. When the scene is over, the performers start the scene again, in the same way, this time with the music. And again and again… The scene stays the same, only the music changes.

No restrictions or rules are made as to what kind of music should be written/performed. The only restriction was/is that of time: the pieces have to keep to a length of 9 minutes.

Performers: Anna Mendelssohn, Irene Coticchio
Music: Martin Siewert, Ludwig Bekic, Michael Strohmann
Video: Michael Strohmann, Yosi Wanunu
Directed by Yosi Wanunu
Produced by Kornelia Kilga
